Our garage door was installed a while back, and lately it started having problems until it would not open at all when we needed garage access right away. The service team got us on the schedule for the very next day, which was a huge help. William, the garage door repair technician, did an excellent job. He not only got the door working again, but also adjusted the opener settings, re-calibrated the system, checked the springs and tracks, and corrected a few installation details so the whole door runs much smoother now. Grant did an excellent job replacing our old, worn-out overhead garage door opener that was in bad shape and becoming unsafe above our car. The previous unit was unreliable, but the new opener works smoothly and much quieter. We are very pleased with Grant’s knowledge, workmanship, and customer service. He explained the installation process clearly, checked that the garage door system was operating safely, and made sure everything was adjusted correctly before leaving. It is reassuring to know the new unit is under warranty ... read more

I’ve used Villa Rica Garage Door Service twice for a broken garage door hinge and a snapped spring. Both times, they came out the same day, gave a fair honest price, and finished the garage door repair quickly. Everything worked smoothly afterward with no issues. I called midweek because I thought something was wrong with my garage door. Grant came out within a couple of hours and confirmed the garage door opener was not working right. He suggested replacing it with a new opener, and Brandon handled the installation the next morning in under two hours. The garage door service was smooth and professional, the install was clean, and Brandon was polite and helpful. The new opener works great and has a lot of useful features I did not expect. Everything from the inspection to the replace... read more

I was referred by a remodeler who does not handle garage door repairs and uses this service at his own home. They came out after another garage door repair company damaged my door and left the job unfinished. Brandon was very friendly and took time to explain the garage door repair process before starting any work. He fixed the door, serviced and lubricated all the moving parts so the squeaking is gone, replaced the opener batteries, repaired the garage door opener, and even offered to replace the light bulbs while he was th... read more
