Went in for my Dollies annual. Had a 9am appointment. Place was packed. Said I would come back at 11 they said that was great. At 11 I had to wait another 20 min. Two vet techs were ok, however the Dr was (some guy) who came in, did not even go over her, gave her three shots and said see you next year. Did not even ask how she was doing. For this we paid $340. Certainly not the service I was used to from here. Oh he did say she was 6lbs overweight.
Not being ready. I have to wait over 45 minutes because the shot we came to get, you know what the appointment is for was not ready.
Love this place!! They take really good care of my Toby everytime we walk through the door. I call they answer!! Great place
