Great place to live! Everything is clean and maintained, and it always feels safe there. Everyone on staff is wonderful too, very friendly and helpful always! Another big plus is they are pet friendly, even have a dog park!

We lived here for 1 year and our apartment was right by the pool. Would really recommend renting here. The bbq/pool area is nice for family cook outs and the location is perfect! Staff is very friendly! Ask for Sandy!😊

Apartments are well maintained and safe all around. Had a great experience here during the lease for my dogs and I. Pay your rent, be clean, and be courteous to others and you won’t have any issues. Thank you Gina, Jim, and Sandy for your prompt and professional responses to maintenance and other requests. 🐾 Ps. The Apartments are in the middle of McAllen and every restaurant you’ll probably like is within less than a 2 mile radius. Some are walking distance. 🥃
