Hola pésimo el servicio cuando se rompe algo en la casa voy para un mes casi desde el ciclón con el motor de la piscina roto y paso mensajes casi todos los días y no les importa y tras el paso del uracan un árbol tumbó el cable y lo q pase fue terrible para q me arreglaran el problema no debería ser la experiencia no ha sido buena la verdad ni una estrella le debería dar
BEWARE renting a home in Malagrotta , with possible chinese drywall!!!
Beware of this place! I’ve rented a Home from them for six years and for six years they have increased my rent asking for a 4%-20% increase each year. I have had multiple issues with my septic system backing up. I have had multiple issues with electrical problems in the home. They refused to fix things and when they do it is the cheapest way possible. It has been extremely stressful trying to work with the staff from Villa Realty. Gensa Baker constantly forgets things like repairs and scheduling home visits. They send people... read more
