Apartment complex has bad policies concerning guest parking. They find any reason to tow your car to make money. Neighbors blast music all night and the management does nothing about it.
We've been living here for a year Christian was super good went beyond new manager not so much I went in to see if I was able to get the key to open my apartment I forgot my keys to my apartment due to running late to work gave me an attitude in front of another residence that lives here told me to leave my phone I said that was fine but no need to give an attitude she said give me back the keys I will not let you in your apartment find a way to get in there mind you I'm on the lease I pay my rent I have every right to be ab... read more
I been living in here for 5 years it’s absolutely wonderful place and Christina she’s the best manager always very nice to everyone , love this place,
We’ve been living here for almost a year and we love it. It’s very quiet and safe. The manager, Christina, has gone above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. She’s very kind, helpful and professional.
Proud to have called the city of Escondido, home for almost 4yrs.Villa Quixote apts made this living experience a quality one.Very clean, peaceful, quiet, no bugs or pest, the landscape is beautiful. Rules and policies are followed and maintained. Issues are resolved promptly. Christina is very professional , caring & helpful. She brings a touch of human kindness.
