Maintenance doesn’t show up for appointments. Really limited communication in general. Loud banging from pipes, shower doesn’t drain randomly.
I would not recommend this management company to future renters. Questionable utility bill back practices and move out fees.
What a wonderful experience with Villeda! Great workers, they clean up, and go out of their way to do the best job! I highly recommend them!
