Had I known there is lack of: 1) Proper public transport, 2) Proper service & maintenance of bldg; especially elevator, 3) Assurance of privacy, 4) Professionalism, 5) Service requests takes months, 6) Proper Plumbing (flooded laundry rooms on some floors) & 7) remedy to mosquitos in jacuzzi area; due to still water, etc. I would have never moved here. They even charged me $150 for an used refrigerator w/one drawer. I feel very bad for the non-Filipino Senior Citizens, they are given preferential treatment. Also, side walk i... read more
I lived in this place for a hot minute. The landlords are scam artists, the building is falling apart, and the alarm system goes off all the time cause homeless people hang around and pull the alarm switches for kicks. Not to mention there is a huge roach problem. Don't let you or your family members near this place. Their leases prevent you from moving out during certain months. Beware !
