I have been living at Villa Piana well over a year and life was good. Few weeks back the neighbor above me moved out and a new resident has occupied the unit. The resident has been walking on my head at odd hours like a 400 pound gorilla causing my ceiling to vibrate. Its almost 2 weeks now and I just cant sleep at night with this person stomping over my ceiling. Rude Management – Luxury apt with poor customer service skills and the Manager is highly rude. How can you be a leasing agent or deal with the public if the customer service skill factor isn't there??? Living here you will fill like another number. Going to the office for assistance is draining, you feel like you're getting on their nerves with the response of, "What do you need?" instead of "How may I help you?".... or even a greeting. Worst Apartment with too much crime and rude management – There are not many pros but you can see all the cons in this apartment starting from rude managemet, no maintainace, polluted, too much noise, construction, heavy crime. What ever bad you want to see, you can see in Villa Piana apartments.

Useful info about the complex – Pros: New complex, new appliances, laundry in unit. The units are visually very 'pretty' with somewhat high end finishes. Pet friendly, can grill on your patio, pool (if you are into that kind of stuff :P), GREAT parking. Management was always easy to deal with, all of leasing agents remembered my name and what unit I was in. Electric bill was extremely low considering the heat keeps the A/C on often (30-60$/month). Noise Pollution (Not Construction Related) – If you are a light sleeper - stay away. Lease is up soon and am happily moving out. The stainless steel appliances are nice yes but what does it matter when you can't sleep because of music almost every night. Techno and hip-hop bumping until 6:30 AM some nights - not fun. The courtyard acts like a huge speaker box keeping all the sound in and bouncing off the walls. Don't do it – So I recently moved into these apartments and wish I didn’t. Besides being ridiculously priced for the size and location, there were several other things that should’ve warned me not to move here. After being constructed probably a year or more ago, the leasing office is still in a trailer. Not sure when the construction will be done (could be another year at this rate). The gym still has no TVs, there is not enough guest parking in the garage (maybe 10 spots total), and my apartment which I pay $1,000 a month ... read more

worth the wait so far – I really like my apartment. Newly built so things are still very clean. I enjoy having young professionals everywhere, this is my kind of place! The only downside, which I've been waiting patiently to end for 3 months now, is the construction. . It is loud at times when I get home from work, but never when I'm trying to sleep. Suppose to end this summer. Can't wait for a relaxing, QUIET, lay by the pool.
