Replaced air conditioning blower (I then had old one tested and it is in perfect shape) $649. Replaced blower resister ( possibly the only problem) $350. "we'll give you to resister at our cost without the labor" (350? On-line says about $200) Total $1.056.77 for a resistor. No guilt, no compromise, no refund, "boss" walked away. Might offer to give them back the unneeded blower to rip off the next customer. Be very careful. If it is more than an oil change, get a second opinion.
The guys here are amazing!! Always so helpful. I never feel like I'm being pressured to get stuff done I don't need! There the only place we take all are cars too!!!!
