We buy tires there, but I do not trust their recommendations for auto repairs. About 3-4 months ago I brought my 2005 minivan which my college daughter uses, to check some exhaust noise. I was given a diagram of 2 spots that were bad but was told the whole exhaust system needed to be done for $900! I said no and went to my oil change facility who recommended another shop which repaired the 2 sections for $200, which was a reasonable cost for a 13 year old vehicle. I do NOT trust VP auto clinic!
Barry at the Villa Park Auto Clinic is a fair and honest mechanic which is hard to find. I highly recommend their shop for any automotive needs you may have. Their staff is fast, efficient and personable.
Always on top of everything! Tells you the truth on what needs to be done and they do great work. I've been a loyal customer for 17 years and I've never had a problem.
