Great place, AMAZING Views This place has AMAZING views and all the apartments have a beatiful and bright charm about it. They are a pretty color- no drab white paint, crown molding and nice counter tops. I like living here becuase i can go to the bay on bike, or use the buss. Keil's groccery store is wonderful, and I have all I need right here! I would recommend this place to quiet and friendly people who take pride in where they live.
What a great place! I can't think of a better value in San Diego. The views are breathtaking... I can wake up and see from the Coronado Islands to the Mount Soledad Cross. My rent is so reasonable, too! Anytime I have a need, the maintenance crew repairing in a respectful way. The pools are fabulous, never crowded and where else do you have so much impeccably maintained landscape? The manager is in the office whenever I have a question, even on Saturdays! And the laundry rooms are new and clean!
New Management Would Help Sadly, they have gone down hill. The new manager "Dotty" does not pay attention to resident complaints and is usually unresponsive to individual tenant needs when asked she is defensive. Don't count on the posted office hours she leaves when she pleases. It is sad. There are rules but complaints seem to go nowhere.
