This place is by far the worst in East Texas ,If you have a love one REMOVE them or you just plain out don’t care about them They over charge, the staff frm office to care attendants have all been fired and rehired cause they can’t keep anyone not even a director to run the place the office staff will be the first to take up the residents medicine cause they don’t resend it in to the pharmacy when it’s been discontinued and last on the list BED BUG INFESTATION send you a private eye in when office is closed and do a bed bug ... read more

It's actual rating ha always been one star since at least 2017.
People are so sweet Beckie Sipes has such a sweet spirt and love for her patients..
Wonderful place to work if you like caring for people.... Caring staff and great place for your loved ones that need assistance with daily needs
The staff and employees are great.They keep the inside and out side clean and well kept.I would reccomend this facility very highly.
I love it here and would highly recommend
