First review was deleted. Horrible experience at Villa nails today. Nail tech was extremely rude when she started to paint my nails the wrong color. When I told her she was extremely disrespectful and changed the color to what I wanted quickly and without a base coat. Don’t work at a nail salon if you’re miserable. Will tell family and friends about my experience and to avoid this nail salon.

Avoid this place! They are not cleaning their tools. This place was a second chance visit for me so to speak. I stopped going 6 years ago due to bad service. This time, I got a no chip manicure from them 3 consecutive times over the course of 6 weeks. Upon removal of the 3rd no chip, I had nail fungus on every nail. My nails have been very healthy with no issues my entire life. When I asked the technician what was that on my nails, she just said "you need to go to doctor". I usually have a great experience when I get pedicures here, but this time was disappointing. I was assigned a new technician who seemed more focused on talking than on the service itself. My nails were left uneven and not properly filed, and he stepped away several times during the pedicure. It felt like the training for new staff may be lacking. I used to love this place, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to return.

Went here yesterday. Excellent customer service. I like my nails. Prices decent. They give you a complimentary drink 😉. Going to try a pedicure time.
