Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I came in with my long, natural nails and wanted a regular manicure. When asked if I wanted the nails cut, I specified I did not want the nails cut shorter than my right ring finger nail, since that one was slightly shorter than the rest. Instead, my nails were completely ruined. They were cut way too short, and shaped unevenly/weirdly. If you don’t want what they want to do for your names they get mad and have a crap attitude. Three times I’ve gone, all three times they’ve been extremely rude. They over charge for their “luxury” services and it’s all prepackaged, they use rusty tools and get aggressive with your nails and treatment when you ask them to change something. Save your money and go somewhere else.
