We have lived here for 5 years and it just keeps getting worse. We have a toilet that belongs in a kindergartens bathroom. It is so low to the ground, it kills our back and legs but Joyce, the Manager, says it's just fine. I’ve lived here for six months and the first 4 months were great. Then In came the trash, a black guy moved in and has created a disturbance and the management is afraid to remove him based on his race. There are 6 units around his place and every day he creates havoc for all of us. The management needs to step up and keep this a clean and safe environment which they haven’t done this far.
