Get your residents to stop blasting their music at 1 in the morning. This has been going on for a year and I have constantly complained to management, and you have never done anything to resolve the problem. It sounds like a rave party is going on, I am unable to sleep at night, and I am leaving Villa Milano because of this.

While the clubhouse landscaping is perfectly perfect, there are bushes throughout the property that are half dead because dogs have urinated on them. When brought to managements attention multiple times, the response is either no response, they are on order (hmm, basic landscaping filler bushes?!?), we will replace them in the fall, and now the dead parts are chunked out and “they will grow back”. RecommendedMy husband found the Villas, walked in, met Brandon, and with his expertise and kindness, showed my husband the best apartment. The complex it's self is picture perfect. We have a beautiful view of the lake on ground level. The pool and community center are so usable and lovely. The staff is top notch. We have a garage, washer and dryer, large pantry, granite counter tops etc. And it's a very friendly community. You won't be disappointed.

I recently moved to Villa Milano and it has been nothing but a positive experience! It’s a great feeling to come home and know that you’re in a nice, safe and quiet community. Having my leasing consultant, Brandon Lutz, there every step of the way took such a burden off my plate, when it came to my expectations and concerns. The management here is excellent. The goal is to create a community atmosphere. Tenants are frendly. The gates keep the complex safe. I recommend this to my friends, family and realtors.
