The owner does not fix anything and we have had multiple issues. We have roaches and bedbugs that they do not even try to fix the issue. My bathroom ceiling has caved in and he has not fixed the issue yet. It is also a huge mold issue that they haven't tried to fix either. The owner is just rude and unprofessional. He doesn't fix anything at either one of his properties. We have a huge rat issue.

This new management is horrible. The manager doesn't take her responsibility seriously. There have been several break ins and nothing has been done. The pool until recently has been disgusting. Today the manager confronted me about calling the city about the pool. She even took a picture of me while I was at the pool. How is that professional
The home that I rented from Centerpiece Investments Property Management was very nice. CIPM purchased the duplex from my previous landlord. I gave my thirty day notice that had my forwarding address and contact phone numbers included with my last month's rent payment. I had the duplex and the carpets professionally cleaned so I would get my deposits (security and pet) back. As a practical business decision decisions, CIPM reached a settlement with the former tenant, Melodie C******. The decision was reached in spite of damages; bleach on carpeting (two areas) a broken window. Discolored spots on walls from attempts to match paint and other repairs needed to duplex unit.
