Súper feliz con la gestión aquí. Jose es súper buena onda y nada complicado con los contratos, hasta permite que alguien más se haga cargo del tuyo si lo necesitas. También me parece genial que no tiene problema con que haya más personas de lo normal viviendo en los apartamentos de Section 8. Es muy relajado y te da libertades que en otros lados no existen. Lo único malo es que hay cucarachas.
I’m writing this as a warning, especially for any women looking to move here. The manager, Jose, is a major problem. He is constantly making inappropriate comments and advances toward the female tenants. It’s not him being 'friendly,' it’s straight-up harassment and he has zero respect for boundaries. I’ve seen how he makes women feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe in their own homes. These apartment are good to live in family friendly but they change managers every month we need a good mananger like we had this new does not know what she is doing she is to slow, the other chubby girl was motivated and will get things done WE NEED HER BACK
