DO NOT MOVE HERE! READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL RIGHT!! i made the mistake, please read them! Bugs, old smell, parking, towing, deposit, cleaning fees after! Terrible, you've been warned

Parking is ridiculous. Apartment complex is very old, weird smell when moved in. Got car towed with in 3 weeks that we moved in. Horrible

The apartments themselves are not bad. The management is horrible and combative. Maintenance is almost none existent. We lived with lukewarm water and no water pressure for about 1 year. We were constantly told that there was no issue, it turns out the pipes were bad and fixed 11 months after initial complaint. Forget about parking, if you don't have you tags or a guest their pass, your vehicle WILL be towed. Oh and you better not think you're getting your deposits back because you won't. Choose wisely people.

I have lived at Villa Madrid for almost 20 years. I have had any maintenance problems fixed in a timely manner. I know the office staff really care about the residents. I have met many of the residents at the parties and it gives a sense of community. You can see that they take great care of the grounds and the apartments. There are problems everywhere with noise and parking but it is usually someone who does not want to follow the rules. I have been a resident here for many years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the management, staff and the apartments. The management and staff is always very professional and friendly and attend to any problems I might have right away, they are also always looking for new ways to improve and better the living experience. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone that is looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to live in.

Looks can be deceiving! The grounds are nice looking, but that's about it. Parking is scarce and visitor parking is limited. There are rules on parking and if you break them you will pay \$130 or they will boot your car.( For example parking on the line or reverse parking.) You cant enjoy the pool as they have it covered in signs and rules. There is a NAZI pool attendant that has nothing better to do than get after children and everyone else in the pool area.
