Manager always in her unit never around
Don't live here!! Gates never work manager gets mad at everything even when you use the dumpsters she gets mad that they're too full instead of adding more. Manager was rude and walked into unit when she wanted. The whole place is infested with roaches more then one tenant had that problem. They keep raising the rent but never fixing anything.
I lived here back in 2016, left for 3 years and decided to come back. After living in different properties, Villa las Brisas has the best Management. Betty is super friendly and professional. The maintenance guy Alvaro is very detail oriented and fixed all of our problems as soon as possible. The apartments themselves are spacious and remodeled. The best features are the views from the balcony. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
