Management has allowed gang activity to completely take over the complex as of last year. Tagging is frequent as well as threats from VFF. There was a fatal stabbing in December of 24. Cops in the complex multiple times a day. Our concerns were voiced to the management and the response was word for word, "we are not responsible for the safety of our tenants." Avoid this place at all costs.
A slum of an apartment complex with its own gang, useless amentities to make u pay more in rent and trashy. If u wanna be a crack dealer heres a place for you here.
Run run run ... this was my worst rental experience ever in my 55 years life ... this company does not care about you period.
