I’ve been at VLP since 2014 and I’ll give a five stars to the maintenance staff, they always friendly and very professional and I would like to mention JUAN RAZO he is quick, efficient and very knowledgeable in his work.
Jennifer was super helpful and gave me a great tour of Villa La Paz. She made the whole process easy and was always available to answer my questions. Definitely recommend asking for her!

This is a nice place to live but they take advantage when you renew a lease because always increase the rent $200.00+ every time
