We have lived at Villa la Charles Apartment Community for 11+ years. The management and staff are fabulous! They take the time to address any issues or repairs in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. The apartments are spacious and we have been fortunate to have good neighbors. I know that rent can be high in this area and I appreciate that this complex tries to keep rent as reasonable as possible. We are very happy living in this community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in this area!
Right now Idk about this complex. First my mailbox was stolen into work orders not being completed on time and next damn car was towed. They could've let someone or at least knocked. This complex will wipe you dry
Villa La Charles is a safe, clean, and very well maintained with very reasonable fair rent' . I have been living here 3 years and have been very satisfied for all of the above for my apartment. Villa La Charles is a very well managed apartment complex
