Hi, I purchased from Villa Hand Car wash in Salinas, CA a complete clay and application of what I am told (by Villa) was a top of the line Meguiars product; some sort of polymer coating that was to far exceed any Carnauba off-the-shelf product like Turtle Wax or Rain Dance; they said it was guaranteed for a year. Villa is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL place to get your car washed. I took my black truck to get a basic inside & out cleaning and also payed an extra fee for the undercarrrage to be washed. I returned an hour later to a scratched and still dripping with mud truck. I now have a huge scratch that is consistent with wiping motions down the length of the drivers side. Damage & Denial/Beware – I have been a customer of Villa Car Wash for many years. I took my vehicle to the carwash late Friday afternoon in preparation for a weekend trip. After work, we loaded our trunk and when I opened the rear passenger door to put my jacket on the seat, I noticed deep ZIGZAG gouges in the leather upholstery. These were clearly fresh gouges.
