We found Villa Summer Dream disappointing. Hot tub didn't get hot. Mold on outdoor lounges. Weeds galore upon arrival. Bugs in 1 closet. I have pictures. Blinds fell off the door. No response from management. So sad. BEWARE!

Waren seit 2013 3x in Cape Coral und haben immer über BMI gebucht. Jedesmal war es toll. Tolle Häuser, toller Service und die Buchung bisher immer reibungslos. Rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....
BMI hat uns als Stammkunden (10 Jahre) verloren... so geht man nicht mit Kunden um! Wir haben uns inzwischen bei anderen Anbietern umgesehen.
We have rented from BMI at least 8 or more times over the last 3 years - and I just can't say enough about them. ALWAYS had the best service, never an issue where something was not looked after and the best value for our money compared to other vacation rental companies. Just booked 2 weeks this Christmas and will keep coming back. So not sure about the negative feedback below?
