Never been more disappointed with a living situation. I was excited to live in a privately owned complex because I thought they'd care about tenants more. They don't. They harassed me and my boyfriend regarding our patio (which was kept up according to their rules) and they still served us an EVICTION notice unless we paid them $25???????? You would think due to the COVID-19 circumstances you would help you tenets out and offer them some sort of relief or payment plan ! This is very unfortunate for the people that have been hit hard during these times .

the maintenance man ( I believe his name is spelt Tryston) Is a great guy! huge shutout to him for bringing us a fridge all by himself! that was definitely a two person job but he was awesome!
Have lived here for three years . Well maintained grounds and apartments . The maintenance person James is remarkable , he's worked here for 19 years . He's very professional and listens to the Tennant . He made a ramp for my sisters whell chair , on his own time . Out of all the people who work here , he's the one you can count on , to take care of all your needs . Needs a big raise as far as I'm concerned . Thanks for listening , Lester Peters .
On my second. Year living here with my daughter never felt safer and better this is home she's a preteen 12 and she loves it the pool is her haven in the summer and her freinds love to come over and hang out nothing beats our apt it's big spacious and affordable 😊😊
We lived here for 5 years and we loved it. However, we were told the owner would not allow us to have a blue porch light for autism awareness month even though our son has autism. I thought this very unfair as the apartment directly across from ours had a green porch light for over 6 months and probably still does, and they allow cheap halloween decorations and orange lights. I felt this was discrimation against the autism community.
Management has no clue what customer service really is about.
