Great customer service. Didn’t arrive until near midnight but still a warm welcome. Luis was a great host and helped us with the toll pass which could have cost us dearly.
This is 2nd time we've stayed here. 1st time march 2016 a party of 5 couples just before a cruise, and August 2017 a family of 3. Louis is the most hospitable person I have ever met. From sharing knowledge of the area, to restaurants, sight seeing and generally caring and sharing for your every need. Thank you Louis and we will return and definitely recommend Villa Europa. Xxx
Very disappointing. Not family oriented at all. The owner threatened to call the police if we didn't leave when we went to visit my mother in law. I understand the tiny rooms are meant for only 2 people, but as already explained, we were there only to meet my in-laws, then we were going to go eat by the boardwalk. After loud threats from the owner the whole family left, even my in-laws, and the owner did not even return them their money.
