Do not buy a condominium at Villa Dorado. The condominium association has been sued by a former tenant. You cannot you cannot get a clean title to a condominium due to the lawsuit. I found that out the hard way in May 2025, after reaching an agreement to buy a condominium a month earlier. The lawsuit was filed March 20th. I was blindsided.
