Wonderful place to live. We were well taken care of by our kind landlord, I don't think I will ever have a better person seeing over my place of living :)
I and my girlfriend were there for a year and it was always just easy. Rent was below market and the handyman fixed issues when they happened. There are also blackberry bushes (trees?) on the fence dividing the complex with the high school that can be picked during the summer. Everybody gets 1 parking spot and there are a few guest/non assigned as well, so if you have two ask if the parking is tight with the current crop of tenants. All in all, pleasant and straightforward management.
Loved living here! The landlords were super responsive and helpful. I had no issues while living here, the place is great!

Absolutely one of the best places you could ever live. The maintenance is amazing and the owner is the sweetest person you’ve ever met. There wasn’t a day that I didn’t love living here the two years I was there. Extremely safe community and amazing neighbors. It really feels like home here and it was so hard to leave. I’m going to miss living here so much.
