My experience in the Villa Del Sol community has been very enjoyable and great. The gardens are beautiful and the waterfalls are relaxing. The complex is well taken care of and clean. Maintenance staff are very responsive when it comes to any work orders in my unit and the 24/7 maintenance emergency line is a plus. Laundry price is unbeatable, 50¢ to dry and 75¢ to wash! Management does a great job with communicating to me and the community. Highly recommend:)
I have never had to wait long for something to get fixed, and it does not come with attitude like at other buildings.

I had a very noisy neighbor who made it nearly impossible to enjoy any peace at home. Late at night—sometimes past midnight—he would have loud, heated arguments with his wife that echoed through the walls. The yelling and slamming doors became a regular disturbance, often waking me up or keeping me from falling asleep. Myself and my husband moved in this past October and have had a lovely experience since then. Annie the manager is fantastic- she held onto an Amazon package I didn’t realize was coming while I was out of town, takes care of any and all concerns with maintenance very quickly and always has a friendly demeanor.
