Stagnant water all over the property creating dangerous mosquito breeding grounds. Concrete Roof tiles falling off with potential to kill someone. So much mold. Zero weatherproofing on windows makes it so your rooms won’t cool EVER. Rats. Laundry facilities that don’t work. Water damage from leaks. This place is a health hazard.
I’ve lived here for over 4 years and the new company that took over sucks they are just adding all kinds of different fees like parking fees and trash fees now. Just for their profit they don’t care about their tenants. Living here sucks now🤦♂️🤦♂️I hope the new administration will cancel these fees.
