I’ve lived here for over 4 years and the new company that took over sucks they are just adding all kinds of different fees like parking fees and trash fees now. Just for their profit they don’t care about their tenants. Living here sucks now🤦♂️🤦♂️I hope the new administration will cancel these fees.

Llevo viviendo aquí más de un año y todo marchado bien hasta la nueva administración y esta señora Vivian es una pésima y nada profesional encargada.. todo el tiempo ignora a los que pagamos su salario… problemas con cucarachas problemas de robo (sus cámaras no funcionan ) y ellos andan como si nada.. recomiendo buscar otras opciones aquí ya no es bueno para vivir
Terrible place for living, specially the manager Vivian Clark, really unprofessional. Please, take a note and do not make a mistake living here. They do not resolve your problems ( She only helps who like her , and ignores you). The washing machines are so not work at any time. A lot of homeless get in the residence. Even homeless break the unoccupied apartments. The maintenance doesn't fix anything. And MOST important: the manager is super unrespectful and unresponsible.
