I cant say enough great things about my move in experience. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I have received a perfect apartment home. Being in the industry myself prior, I know this is not always an easy task. Hector and Alicia have been professional and personable and I can't thank them enough for making me feel right at home!

the whole property has been newly remolded in side and out and under new ownership . very nice inside and out the places are very quiet * but only down fall is the places are small and don't have a lot of storage inside the apt. there is washer and dryer in place of the pantry in the kitchen.

Been living here awhile and never had encountered a Slum Lord, truly in it for the money. Management (Alexia) did not understand the importance of a safe, clean and friendly community. Manager never on the grounds enforcing tenants to comply with the understood lease contract. She would tape a memo on doors telling tenants to clean it up but never, never followed up or enforced request. She would never confront tenants about anything, hard to get a hold of.
