Let’s start with the car break ins every other night no the trash all over the ground is a great one no no let’s just say the homeless is welcome. Like the homeless guys sleeps under the cabana every night takes crap behind the dumpster. Him and his buddies camp out all night on the property. If you guys running a homeless shelter let the people know. Also, the owner stopped offering pest control which is sad, because there sometimes you will see roaches. Mostly from the neighbors, even the office has said this.

Llevo 2 años viviendo aquí y pronto me voy por suerte, no hay seguridad , hay un nivel de infestación de cucarachas elevado, no le recomiendo este lugar a personas decentes, en fin es pésimo este condominio.
All the 5 star reviews has to be family members of the people in the office, because these apartments are the worst, you'll have people looking in your windows to see if you're doing something wrong so they can tell the office when your outside your being watched by everyone and maintenance doesn't help with anything.
Eh vivido en estos apartamentos por 3 años. Es una área muy tranquila,siempre mantienen todas las áreas muy limpias y el personal de oficina y mantenimiento son muy amables
