I lived there for 8 years, I loved it! Cute efficiencies, pool next to it, staff so friendly it's like family!!!
yes I do it's so peaceful. n they keep it very clean.it would be very nice if the ppl that live here that have dogs clean after there dog .they build a dog park and you still see them walking there beautiful dogs by the apt grass were people walk.please clean after your dog .let's keep it clean.we all live here ..not all the ppl follow the rules .not nice .keep them on there leash.
The management and employee's is what makes this place a cut above the rest of it's competitors. We have residents that are still living here 20 - 30 years! Location is another plus; mall, Cranes Roost park, grocery stores, and a hospital.
Villa Del Mar is, in my opinion, the best. Staff is so friendly and warming. Also, very convenient that everything is close by. Like the mall, Safeway etc., plus I feel very safe.
Also maintenance is very quick to respond.
I highly recommend if youre looking for a safe and amazing environment, choose Villa Del Mar.
Love Villa Del Mar Apartments! Office staff are wonderful, friendly and prompt in answering your questions and concerns. Communication system with tenants is very effective. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful. Clean, apartments are beautiful and well kept. Great place to live and call home.
I'm going on my second year here at Villa Del Mar. I like it, it's very quiet and the maintenance crew is awesome - if I put in a maintenance request in the morning, it'll be done that afternoon. My rent was increased about 11% when I renewed which was more than I was expecting, but I decided to stay because I love my apartment and location.
A GREAT place to live! The welcoming sign upon entering the property says it all! "You can relax... You are home! Live Abundantly!!!..." This principle, well executed here, is a true plus for me as a resident. Many of the Villa's staff live ON property, which, provides a great amount of goodness for those residents who enjoy a nice property, well taken care of, and community minded.
