Properties look okay in photos but when I go to look at them they don't look renovated or cleaned up what so ever. I have called to speak to someone months apart and both times, I have spoken to Daisy who has a lot of attitude. Due to this I am moving away from looking at anymore of your properties. Any questions I asked her, she couldn't answer them and would get frustrated and give attitude. She would also stay silent for a few minutes before saying anything. Sorry but that's unprofessional.
I have been meaning to sit down and write a review for our awesome apartment manager Taylor! We have lived at Villa Del Cerro for a few years now and noticed major improvements when she took the lead. She recently helped us with transferring to a bigger unit and the process was quick and easy. Taylor has always been on top of things and is great at communication. If there is ever an issue or maintenance request, she is quick and makes sure things are handled. She works hard to make sure things around here are always running ... read more

Peter has been so helpful and has made our move in transition easy! Great apartments, quiet location and great deal Just to add, if your a veteran or active duty, STAY AWAY, uplift property management does not honor 30 day move out due to orders. Was told I was good at moved out, 6 months later slapped with a giant bill.
Relaxing environment. Well kept. Food walking distance. Management, Peter, is chill but firm.
