Great experience living here. I lived here for little over a year and the owners were great to work with and reasonable on rents. Even though the area is much more expensive, the landlords didn't jack up rents to market rates, and made it reasonable for tenants. Laundry and abundant parking on site. Within walking distance to Midvale Main Street and Gardener Village. Super neat area and close to Top Golf as well! Would move back here in a heart beat! Owners and property managers are down to earth good people!
