Not much better a year later Well in 2008 and things are no better. Drugs, prostitution, vandalism, noise, roaches, and the list goes on. In 2 years the new owner is now on their 3rd manager and hopefully things will get better but we can only hope. It went from a great place to live to a hell hole in a heartbeat under the new owner. Maintentance is hard to come by as they only have 1 person overseeing multiple places so you wait for weeks to get something done if then. Complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Villa Corona Apts After living here for several years, the property was sold and the new owners brought in new managers that have not only made living here uncomfortable, but unsafe. They never walk through the grounds to evaluate any problems. People from surrounding 'weekly' hang out on the property. The laundry room is filthy and there is no longer hot water available for washing clothes. Office hours are posted, but managers are not always available. The worse place to live. I lived ther for about 1 yr. We were forced to move because there was a massive problem with mold. I first notice the problem when my tile in the bathtub were falling off and ther was a lot of mold. I had notified them about this problem. at over a period of 6 months the problem still wasn't fixed. My family and I began to get sick and had requested that a mold remediation be done on the bathroom as required by law, but nothing. we were forced to terminate our lease.
