One of the first things that customers and people in general expect out of a business (or people in general) is good customer service. I have to say that from what I know, Villa Caterina has HORRIBLE customer service. I worked a few hundred yards from this place and noticed the chairs and tables they had out front of it's main door. I am in the market for new patio furniture and liked what I saw, so I thought I'd ask them where they purchased the pieces at.
