Good astmosphere and professional manager This is a very nice apartment complex. We and our kids really love living here. It’s quiet, clean and very well-maintained. As the parents of 3 kids, we really like the activities that Claudia and the manegement have been doing all these year to entertain the kids and the residents as well. Thank you.
The apartments are clean, well taken care of, and they care about keeping it that way. Smokers have to smoke off the premises and they keep the area family friendly. I have found that they will react quickly to fix problems when they have been notified. They have a children's play area, fruit trees for you to use when ripe, and keep the area looking fresh. They paint frequently enough that the apartments look fresh and new and you would never guess how old they really are.
Amazing I lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loved every bit of it. Quiet neighborhood, excellent parking, pool and more. It's obviously a little bit on the expensive side, to live somewhere private, I feel it is more than worth every penny. The maintenance staff is friendly and will always help if you need anything. Very friendly courteous costumer service staff and Claudia is a fantastic with an excellent attitude always willing to help. Great!! I love this Apt. We have two maintenance men that work and live in the complex. They keep everything clean and fixed. The pool is usually clean also. Playground and gym are convenient. But my favorite part about living here are the monthly activities. Each month Claudia the manager hosts a dinner/ activity for all of us. This month it's reptiles. It's very kid friendly. The kids gets to hold all types of reptiles. The apts have new appliances i.e microwave stove...clean carpeting. AC works wonders.
So far the best apartment i have stayed in....Friendly staff and clean and safe environment.....Bunch of kids playing in the garden makes it a lively place to live in ... We are happily living here since past 3 years!!!
