Friendly service and comfortable environment, but the food was just ok. We ordered the bowls—large portions with more beans & rice than carne asada or chicken, and not spicy at all. We were traveling through with 2 kids, so it was a simple dinner option that worked for us.
Village Cantina is one of my go-to Mexican spots! The food is always fresh, the meat is flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the Spanish rice is so good. The complimentary chips and salsa are always a great start to the meal, and the service is fast and friendly. Great food, generous portions, and affordable prices it’s hard to beat!
