RecommendedVilla Broussard is simply the best rental property in the Lafayette area! From the caring and professional office staff to the prompt and thorough maintenance team, they are unmatched.
I recently moved away from here due to taking on another job that required me to move. Floor plans at Villa Broussard are wonderful along with lots of amenities for both adults and kids. Location is great and screened in patios were a plus along with each unit having its own personal storage space.
Visited the property before the new year and I was very impressed! Jill gave us a wonderful tour! Very friendly and made us feel comfortable!
We have been talking to Jill the leasing agent and she has been so kind and professional. This place is beautiful . Screened in patios, dog spa, clubhouse is phenomenal. The grounds are very clean .
When we told the assistant manager Jill that we wanted an apartment with as much privacy as possible, she listened to our needs and matched us perfectly to an apartment with very little noise and foot traffic. We love it here! A+ for both the extremely personable staff and the spacious, gorgeous apartments. 🙂
Villa broussard is easily the best apartment complex in the area. From the maintenance crew to the manager. They never disappoint. Dishwasher broke? It's fixed the same day. The apartments themselves are amazing also. Quality is of upmost importance. We signed our lease the same day that we toured. The office crew is the friendliest bunch of people you will ever meet. Highly recommend.
The staff are exceptional! Everyone very nice and helpful. Mr. Larry (maintenance) gets the job done in a speedy manner and always available to fix things. Definitely recommended!!! ���
