The unit was very spacious and they finally upgraded the laundry machines. Compared to other places this was at a reasonable price. The cons are there is no parking for guests or extra residents. Had to park .3 miles away and walk home sometimes. The unit was run down and didn’t have ceiling fans, windows, or a refrigerator. (Only screened doors to balcony) Had a few break ins to garage/car with no security. My partner and I only lived here for a year, in a one bedroom apartment. The pros include the size of the apartments, the bathroom and kitchen are a great size, they’re pet friendly with no breed restrictions (as far as I’m aware), and the distance to Disneyland and The Block. You’re close to Angels Stadium and the Santa Ana river trail as well. All the apartments offer spacious balcony’s, however we really didn’t end up using ours much.
