Great service today, staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction completely.
I’m very satisfied today, staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive throughout.
Rented a car from Priceline got to the car rental 15 mins early and they didn’t have a car at the rental place. So I was stranded at the Denver airport. Called Priceline all they said is will refund your money. They wouldn’t try I find another car rental for us our help with hotel . So had to spend more money on a hotel due to there poor customer service. Now I have to wait 10 days or more to get my money back . Priceline needs to do better for there . Never use them again.
I placed a reservation through priceline for the 1st time and won't be using this site ever again. When placing the reservation I selected date and then number of people etc, somehow through all the widows the dates reverted to the current date. After reviewing my email confirmation and realizing the date was changed, i called priceline who referred me to the hotel and told to call them directly, which i did, and was told they couldnt help me because it was booked through priceline, and referred me back to priceline.
