Don’t buy the trip insurance from them!! They ‘re going to steal you money. The customer service is horrible, they don’t even know what they’re doing, they’re rude…
Don’t use this travel agency! They canceled my flight just 12 hours before departure, giving a completely vague explanation about some kind of “fraud” issue. It’s unclear what that even means — the payment was successfully processed, the money was taken from my account, and yet they still accepted it. On top of that, they delayed returning my money. Worst customer service. They hung up on me twice. So unprofessional.
Never use Priceline... Booked a car in Phoenix Sky Harbor... They didn't bother to tell you the rental car place isn't in the airport like we were told.
Deleting your app and will never use priceline again - let las vegas hotels claim one rate and then 5x resort fees ... and decline my refund and never stayed there ... nothing I do matters except reviews... after years of loyalty you have none
