Excellent experience with Priceline Internet. The support team responded immediately to my inquiry and resolved my issue faster than I expected. Very professional and friendly!
Booked flight and rental car, do not do package with them. Car rental was a maze though airport parking lots to get to a rental car company named Mex, and two other names in one company, had to do it in an old building trough face time or Skype. Could not understand a word the face lady said and had no real idea what I was renting (car). Do not do packages of flight and car rental.

Rented a car from Priceline got to the car rental 15 mins early and they didn’t have a car at the rental place. So I was stranded at the Denver airport. Called Priceline all they said is will refund your money. They wouldn’t try I find another car rental for us our help with hotel . So had to spend more money on a hotel due to there poor customer service. Now I have to wait 10 days or more to get my money back . Priceline needs to do better for there . Never use them again.
