My (now) wife and I have been a resident at the Villa Adobe since January 2020, and my satisfaction has only grown over the years. As of late, a huge part of what makes living here so exceptional is the incredible property manager, Angie, who took over mid (maybe late) last year, 2024. This place is full of ants and there isn’t much we can do - you just have to live with them. Also, the ceiling is thin so make sure you live beneath a quiet neighbor or you will be staying up all night long. The manager can’t do anything about it
About four weeks ago now I was attacked in my garage at this apartment building where I live. The manager Samantha, who is normally not helpful, but helpful. Has refused to show me the footage of me being attacked has shown still photos to some one else who’s not on my lease. And now refuses to give me her bosses info or contact info at all. She’s complacent and she’s the reason why there’s problems at this building. Don’t move here.
I’ve had many apartments all over Koreatown and this was my favorite. If I could’ve stayed I would’ve but I moved for work. Samantha is amazing, the units are really beautiful. Maintenance always come quickly and helped us take care of whatever was needed. I really appreciate the secure mail & package delivery, you have to sign off for your packages.
