Their customer service is extremely horrible, the absolute worst that I've ever in all of the years of my life encountered. I returned sneakers to the store only to receive a gift card that I'm not able to use online because there's no pin number to enter so I was told to call customer service that I've been only calling since 8:45am and keep getting a recording that tells me their business hours is btwn the hours of 8am and 8pm, well hello I've only starting calling you guys at 8:45am.

I ordered shoes. Received my package 2 weeks later. They were the wrong shoes and the wrong size. When I called I eventually got an answering system where I left my name, reason for the call, and telephone number. I haven't received a return call yet.
horrible experience, in the new castle Delaware location Penn mark shopping center, manager and employees not professional at all. Prices are misleading and the manager called me a "dog" when talking to me, very young man i suspect he thinks he works on the street.
