Dr Vilas Saldana gave me my life back in July, 2021. I fell from a ladder and shattered my hip. I now have a rod & pin holding my right hip together. With the proper recommended rehab and a lot of PT homework I got stronger to the point of texting Dr Saldana if I could run again. My husband had total hip replacement recently. Dr Saldana was Amazing! He did a fantastic job. Not only is he a great surgeon, he is very professional with tons of knowledge in his field. He has great bedside manner and is willing to answer, and explain any questions you may have. Shout out to Josh Brooks (PA) he was great at all appoints and always helpful and professional. Dr. Saldahna was recommended to me by a friend who had her knee replacement performed by him. Her brother's knee surgery was also done by him. Both had great outcomes. My surgeon had left his practice and was no longer in network so I had to find someone new. Dr. Saldahna's PA came in first and discussed my issues and answered my questions and provided a knee injection for me. He brought in Dr. Saldahna to meet me afterwards. Referred to Dr Saldana by another Ortho surgeon.Had appointment reasonably fast. He took his time, no rush and told me what to expect slowly and in detail, but no pressure to proceed with knee replacement. His staff checked in with me within the week and I decided to go ahead. Pre op work up and clearances were scheduled and completed without a single problem. In and out of surgery at the hospital and was home in my own bed the same night. Dr. Saldanha is the most amazing orthopedic surgeon. He doesn’t leave a stone unturned. He’s very professional very knowledgeable. He’s very attentive and he listens to his patience. And if that wasn’t enough, he served our country and he is still serving. We highly recommend him. My husband had a total knee replacement surgery. 5 years later my husband is being treated for his other knee.
