This nurse practitioner falsified my records. She put things in my chart that she assessed my abdomen listened to bowel sounds etc. This HCP didn't even put a stethoscope to my body and palpated NOTHING. I have a recent array of medical issues going on and thoroughly explained my situation. Viktoria couldn't have been MORE DISMISSIVE, rude, and short. If I didn't have a CSF leak in my head, going deaf, and losing my balance. I have to get this GI issue before my surgeries; I would have waited for Dr. Tierney appt until May 6... read more

Did not even get the chance to discuss any of the concerns I had. She started the visit by asking about how frequently I experience diarrhea and after asking me for 3 examples of what I eat told me I just don't ever eat any vegetables and that's my issue (I then told her I do regularly but she then said I need to take fiber supplements - which is the opposite advice you usually get for IBS issues). refuses to do any other test besides the upper endoscopy. doesn’t listen to pt’s needs at all. i am seeking care somewhere else, not understanding about anything. only adding another star because she attempted to schedule a barium swallow one time.
