Dr. Nayar did an exceptional job on my brain AVM resection. The scar is hidden well and the stitches were very neat. I could tell he took a lot of time and care in performing the surgery. I felt as prepared as possible before the surgery, fully aware of the risks and aftermath recovery. Though I always had an optimistic prognosis, it was still scary and stressful, but I trusted Dr. Nayar's abilities.
Prior to arriving, I attempted to call and speak with a human being. This proved to be difficult, but I persevered and was successful. The waiting area and the restroom were filthy! Thankfully, Dr Nayar's exam room was clean. I was a former patient of his, and I appreciated his expertise and his knowledge. Seeing him was a positive experience, but the rest of the experience was not good! Parking was horrendous (which I had anticipated).
