We are very happy with the service we received - scheduled the appointment around me, on-time, polite, worked hard, fair pricing and windows look fabulous! I would use them again and highly recommend.
Stay as far away from this company as possible. Had a living social deal, waited 3 months because they were so busy. On the day of service no one showed up. I called one of the 2 numbers listed and was yelled at by the person on the phone that nothing was set up with him and to call the other number. I called the other number and left a message and sent a text (as per instructions on the recording) and received no response. Horrible customer service; bought a living social deal for window cleaning. After multiple attempts to contact and redeem finally received a call back after 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Called back to change appointment date and was sworn at by Steve, was told that they were forfeiting the voucher and not going to honor the $55 purchase value either. They came got it done and the service was great thanks!
I would not recommend them. They failed to show up for two confirmed appointments. I was promised a refund and have been waiting over a month for the check. They do not answer their phones and you have to rely on a text or email. Of course, now they do not respond to either.
Great experience, I am going to use them again!
