I took our 12 week old kitten for her first vet visit (we got her at 9 weeks and I just got her home to Hillsboro on Sunday) and they were so amazing with her. They had treats hidden in the exam room and toys for her to be comfortable. They took their time to explain everything we need to know for her health and what our next steps are. This place is the best and they answer any and all questions you have. My German Shepherd pup loved them from day one and was given a toy at his first visit. My timid 9 yr old chihuahua was happy to take treats right from their hands and they were really sweet with her and even refused to do a nail trim so that she wasn't too stressed. They greet your pets with love and excitement and truly honor a fear free atmosphere.
Best...vet...ever. Had cheese treats ready, gives dogs a choice of toys from a big box when they leave. So patient, professional and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Worth every minute of the 25 mile drive through Portland traffic. They are well versed with dogs who have mobility issues and were working out a good care plan for my pug.
Friendly staff, great doctors, calming environment.
