I thought my problems will be fixed and with their monthly plan, there wont be any more troubles but unfortunately i found out that these guys are running a scam, they have hired the most lazy people who only pretend that they are working. I told them to remove mice bodies, the first guy left some behind, the second was so lazy that all he was saying “ Sir I have other appointments to make” really? We've been with Viking since moving here 24 years ago. The service is always exceptional. Our current representative, Frank Tysiak, provides great service.

I recommended RID Pest Control to a friend of mine who was having a bug issue in his home. Paul came to the rescue and completely took care of the issue just as he has done for me in the past. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with them.
They were the nicest people I dealt with when trying to close on my new house. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew more about taking care of moisture in my crawlspace than the home inspector. I also spoke to the owner who had to clear up something for my mortgage company and he was also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a termite inspection or overall pest services.
I love how flexible RID is with me. If I have ever had to change a day that they come do my quarterly treatments, it's never a big deal.
RID is honest and consistent with their service. They faithfully come every 3-4 months without me having to follow up with them about when they are coming.
