Everything we had brought back memories of childhood, while being interesting and new at the same time!
Such amazing flavors. It was just like being back at my grandmothers having dinner. Recommend the lefsa as a must with butter and sugar. Can't wait to go back

Viking Soul Food catered the Traveling Sauna event at our Tiny Digs Hotel this past Thursday. The food was excellent!! I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of all the tasty food they brought to our event. So fresh and unique.
No ones lefse comes close to my grandfather's...until the day I stopped at VSF. The pickled eggs are amazing too!
Viking Soul Food put together a large lefse Thanksgiving feast for my family. So delicious and not a lefse was left. Fantastic! Skal!
